·               Responsibilities:

Ø      Coordination of location planning with BLM, BIA, Tribal Council, State Agency (NMOCD, NDIC, COGCC, WOGCC, MTBOGC), Department of Transportation, Bureau of Reclamation, EPA, and US Army Corps of Engineers.

Ø      Provide guidance to field operators of requirements in the field to agencies as it related to drilling, completion and production.

Ø      Ensure that projects are developed, drilled and completed in compliance with all local, state, tribal and federal regulatory programs.

Ø      Obtain, prepare, and assimilating necessary permitting material related to well drilling, operations, pipeline construction, and reclamation processes.

Ø      Road share and maintenance agreements on and off the reservation with outside operators or service companies.

Ø      Facility inspections to insure BLM compliance, i.e., tank gauging reference markings, proper valve placement, and insured required approvals for flaring.  Central Tank Battery approvals and obtaining approvals on federal and state lands for commingling production.

Ø      Pipeline construction permitting for gas, freshwater and produced water with county, state, township, DOT and railroad, for crossings, longitudinal ROW use and bores.

Ø      Surface water and underground line permitting and ROW access for freshwater use.

Ø      Municipal land rezoning for industrial use for water storage facilities.

Ø      Represent employer at local, state, tribal and federal agency interactions.
